In Signum Studio S.A.S we are aware of the social responsibility with our workers and clients, so we have established the following parameters in our biosecurity protocol to mitigate exposure to COVID-19:

Remote Work
Signum Studio S.A.S adopts measures for the identification, promotion, and execution of remote work tasks, for applicable cases we adopt the following measures.
The company guarantees ongoing training on COVID-19 using available technological tools, allowing communication with them.
Virtual content is used to strengthen skills in understanding and preventing COVID-19
We maintain constant communication with our remote workers regarding their daily symptoms.
Management of clients and suppliers
In all circumstances, face masks must always be worn, handwashing protocols must be followed, a minimum distance of 2 meters between individuals must be maintained, respiratory etiquettes must always be observed, among others.
Signum Studio, ensuring the integrity and care of all interested parties, clients, suppliers, and workers, has digitized its document processes to avoid contact or exchange of them.
Equipment disinfection
Signum Studio S.A.S will ensure that all its suppliers comply with the Biosafety protocols established by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
A disinfection protocol will be established for equipment used for field recordings and shootings.
Quality and hygiene conditions will be guaranteed during equipment storage used in shootings.
Physical contact will be reduced when moving equipment during shooting.
Means of transport
The transport vehicle must be disinfected at least 2 times a day.
The operation of vehicles necessary for equipment transport requires the driver to wash their hands before and after operating the vehicle.
Equipment transport vehicles should only be occupied by the driver.
Those boarding the transport vehicle must wash their hands with antibacterial soap or gel.
Approved disinfectant solutions should be used, emphasizing high-contact surfaces like steering wheel, door locks, window handles or buttons, gear shift, pedals, and wheel cleaning.
The driver must stay inside the vehicle's cabin, avoiding contact with external personnel, unless required to get out of the vehicle.
Ventilate the car naturally. Air conditioning should not be used.
When entering the house (Workers)
Remove shoes at the entrance and wash the soles with soap and water.
Wash hands according to the protocols of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
Avoid greetings with kisses, hugs, or handshakes and always maintain a distance of more than two meters between people.
Before having contact with family members, change your clothes.
Keep work clothes separate from personal clothes.
Clothes must be washed in a machine at over 60 degrees Celsius or hand-washed with hot water that doesn't burn the hands and soap, then fully dried.
Do not reuse clothes without washing them first.
Bathe with plenty of soap and water.
Measures in coordination with occupational risk management ARL
The biological risk of coronavirus COVID-19 contagion has been included in the identification of dangers, assessment, and risk valuation to identify high-exposure activities, and thus determine the controls to implement. This includes the distribution of workspace and worker placement for physical distancing.
The checklist from resolution 666 of 2020 is established.
Management with the occupational risk insurer
The protocols, procedures, and guidelines adopted by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection will be applied according to their advisory and technical assistance functions.
The ARL will be contacted to provide technical assistance for monitoring the health of workers exposed to the occupational risk of COVID-19.
The ARL will be contacted to get guidance on managing the occupational risk of workers vulnerable to COVID-19 infection.
Risk situations handled by Signum Studio S.A.S
Exposed workers will be analyzed, considering their risk of exposure:
With direct exposure risk: Those whose work involves direct contact with individuals classified as suspected or confirmed cases.
With indirect exposure risk: Those whose work involves incidental contact with individuals classified as suspected cases. Here, exposure to the biological risk factor is incidental, i.e., exposure is not part of the normal job function.
With intermediate exposure risk: This group includes those workers who might have been in contact or exposed to a confirmed suspected case in a work environment where person-to-person transmission can occur due to close proximity.
