Measures in coordination with occupational risk management ARL

The biological risk of coronavirus COVID-19 contagion has been included in the identification of dangers, assessment, and risk valuation to identify high-exposure activities, and thus determine the controls to implement. This includes the distribution of workspace and worker placement for physical distancing.

The checklist from resolution 666 of 2020 is established.

Management with the occupational risk insurer

The protocols, procedures, and guidelines adopted by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection will be applied according to their advisory and technical assistance functions.

The ARL will be contacted to provide technical assistance for monitoring the health of workers exposed to the occupational risk of COVID-19.

The ARL will be contacted to get guidance on managing the occupational risk of workers vulnerable to COVID-19 infection.

Risk situations handled by Signum Studio S.A.S

Exposed workers will be analyzed, considering their risk of exposure:

With direct exposure risk: Those whose work involves direct contact with individuals classified as suspected or confirmed cases.

With indirect exposure risk: Those whose work involves incidental contact with individuals classified as suspected cases. Here, exposure to the biological risk factor is incidental, i.e., exposure is not part of the normal job function.

With intermediate exposure risk: This group includes those workers who might have been in contact or exposed to a confirmed suspected case in a work environment where person-to-person transmission can occur due to close proximity.
